Fixed bug 2084 - SDL_log xxx on Android outputs to Logcat with incorrect priority.

Pallav Nawani This effects all SDL_Logxxx functions. On android, the debug output has a priority that is 1 higher than intended, ie, if you try SDL_LogInfo, the log has the priority of Warn instead.
