Added optional error checking for OpenGL ES 2.0 in the same style as the OpenGL renderer.

You can enable it like this: SDL_GL_SetAttribute(SDL_GL_CONTEXT_FLAGS, SDL_GL_CONTEXT_DEBUG_FLAG);
