Don't report windows being maximized when fullscreen on X11
This is a functional state for some window managers (tested using stock Ubuntu 22.04.1), and removing that state, e.g. using SDL_RestoreWindow(), results in a window centered and floating, and not visually covering the rest of the desktop.main
