Daniel Gibson	2aee3e654d	Remove SDL_main from VS Solutions in VisualC/ and VisualC-GDK/ ... and update README-visualc.md and README-gdk.md accordingly Also moved src/main/windows/version.rc to src/core/windows/ and adjusted VS solutions, CMakeLists.txt and versioning scripts in build-scripts/ accordingly.
