There is no need to cache spec values directly as library
users will cache them anyway.

The etnaviv authors 95e2cc6a80 libdrm: add etnaviv drm support 
Add the libdrm_etnaviv helper library to encapsulate etnaviv-specific
interfaces to the DRM.
