Michel Dänzer 6f89584e13 i915: Improved page flipping support, including triple buffering. 
Pages are tracked independently on each pipe.

Bump the minor version for 3D clients to know page flipping is usable, and
bump driver date.

By default, this will install into /usr/local.  If you want to install this
libdrm to replace your system copy, say:

./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/
