When running ras inject test, it's needed to be aligned
with kernel's ras enablement.

library should be needed when compiling amdgpu_test.
This will keep this binary self containing.

struct drmPciBusInfo has been aligned to 6 bytes. So memcmp will access
the last byte which is not initialized.
